Numbers and codes
- How long can I use a number?
- Each number works for 20 minutes. Receive all codes arriving within that time.
- Can I receive multiple codes on the same number?
- All codes received within 20 minutes on the same number can be received without additional cost.
- How fast do codes arrive?
- Typically arrives within seconds to 1-2 minutes. Delivery speed may vary slightly by verification service.
- Which country's number should I choose?
- Select actual country numbers of your target service for smoother code delivery. Popular countries are highlighted in the purchase window.
- Can I send SMS or make calls to the received number?
- Virtual numbers are for receiving verification codes. Received SMS can be viewed on the My Numbers screen and via API.
Refund
- What if I don't receive the code?
- If no code is received within 20 minutes, the payment amount is automatically refunded as credit.
- Can I cancel myself?
- You can cancel anytime before receiving the code for a full credit refund.
- Can I get a refund after receiving a code?
- Numbers are charged only for received codes. Successful receipts mark payment complete.

- How do I top up?

Safety and account
- Is it safe to sign up with a virtual number?
- Real numbers aren't exposed to services, preventing spam and leaks. Account tokens are stored only as hashes on the server.
- How to manage long-term accounts?
- After signing up, set up email or an OTP app for 2FA to simplify login verification.
- How many accounts can I create?
- Up to 3 accounts can be created from the same IP.
