1. Definitions
- ServicesSNSSIM is a service providing virtual numbers for SMS verification via website and API.
- UserMembers who agree to these terms to create accounts and use services.
- NumberA mobile phone number rented for a certain period to receive SMS verification codes.
- CreditYour account balance in USD, including top-ups and bonuses.
2. Our service
SNSSIM provides virtual numbers for selected countries and services for 20 minutes, allowing you to check received verification messages in your account. All numbers are real carrier numbers and may be reassigned after use.
3. Sign-up and account
- Accounts are created with just one token, and whoever holds the token is recognized as the account owner.
- Maximum 3 accounts per IP address.
- Keep your account token secure and never share it. You are responsible for any issues caused by leaks.
- API keys have the same permissions as your account. If leaked, replace them immediately with new keys.
4. Credit, top-ups, bonus
- Credit is shown in USD. Top up $25-$5,000 with 12 cryptos.
- Send the precise amount to the displayed address. Credit updates after blockchain confirmation.
- Get bonus credits in stages when topping up $40 or more, usable only for number purchases.
- Credit is used to buy numbers and refunded as credit. See Refund Policy.
5. Using numbers
- Virtual numbers are for receiving verification codes only; outgoing SMS is not supported.
- Each number can be used for 20 minutes, during which all received codes can be checked. Automatic refund if no code is received.
- Max 20 numbers can be active simultaneously per account.
- Whether a service accepts numbers depends on platform policies. SNSSIM only guarantees code delivery accuracy.
6. Using the API
The API applies the same credit, pricing, and refund policies as the web. There is a limit of 300 requests per minute, and excessive use may result in key blocking.
7. Prohibited use
- Using virtual numbers for crimes: fraud, phishing, spam, account theft, illegal gambling, etc.
- Unauthorized use of others' personal or payment data
- Attempted attacks on services/users or circumventing security systems.
- Excessive data scraping or bulk account creation using automation tools
If violations are detected, account and API key usage may be suspended without notice.
8. Service changes and maintenance
Service availability and pricing may vary by carrier. Prices shown at purchase are final. Services under maintenance will be processed normally with prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
SNSSIM is only responsible for purchased numbers. We are not liable for damages due to verification service policy changes, user device issues, incorrect top-ups, or other situations beyond SNSSIM's control.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed only within the scope outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
When terms are changed, we notify them on this page along with the effective date. Continued use of the service after the changes implies agreement to the new terms.
